Hi, I’m Mike Marchionne—a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over a decade of experience helping kids and families build lives that feel more connected, more manageable, and more meaningful.
But this isn’t just my profession—it’s personal.
I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, and in that moment, everything clicked. The years of frustration, overwhelm, and feeling “different” weren’t character flaws—they were signs of a brain wired to work in its own brilliant, nonlinear way.
That realization changed my life—and now it shapes how I help change others’.
Why I Coach
As both a clinician and someone who lives with ADHD, I bring a unique blend of professional expertise and personal understanding to every session. I know what it’s like to feel scattered, stuck, or misunderstood—and I also know what it takes to move forward.
I work with children, teens, and young adults to:
Strengthen executive functioning skills
Navigate big emotions with confidence
Build predictable, low-stress home and school routines
Improve communication with parents, teachers, and peers
Helping kids thrive starts with empowering the people who support them most—their parents. That’s why parent coaching is a key part of the process.
Parent Training That Actually Works
Parenting a child with ADHD isn’t just about finding the right strategy—it’s about learning how and when to use it, in a way that works for your unique family.
That’s why I offer structured, hands-on parent training to help you:
Understand how ADHD impacts behavior, motivation, and follow-through
Respond to meltdowns and defiance with calm, effective strategies
Reduce daily power struggles and create better routines
Set clear expectations and follow through with confidence
Strengthen your relationship with your child—without sacrificing structure
You’ll walk away with tools you can actually use, language that makes sense to your child, and a plan that helps your whole household breathe easier.
My Approach
I coach with empathy, clarity, and structure.
I believe neurodivergent kids aren’t broken—they’re bursting with potential. They just need tools that actually make sense for the way they think, feel, and operate.
Whether your child is struggling with school, meltdowns, motivation, or just the daily grind—I’m here to help you find calm in the chaos and confidence in your parenting.
Best,
Mike
